CEFA Sessions S.A.S. is the for-profit-arm of the Circular Economy Forum of the Americas (CEFA) registered as a Simplified Joint Stock Company under Colombian Law 1258 of 2008 (Sociedad de Acciones Simplificada - S.A.S.) bounded to a clearly defined impact-driven co-sharing structure established in its by-laws where 50% of its profits are to be assigned to the Americas Sustainable Development Foundation (ASDF), the non-profit foundation which is the institutional founder and administrator of CEFA.
The Circular Economy Forum of the Americas (CEFA) is a leading independent forum that gathers industry leaders, entrepreneurs, universities, NGO’s and governments from across the Western Hemisphere to facilitate high level discussions with key Circular Economy experts and practitioners to debate the state of the needs, challenges, and opportunities of this important and rapidly expanding field of work. CEFA, launched in 2017 has over the years been instrumental in generating a common and deeper understanding of Circular Economy and its relevance and applicability in the Americas.
